 Does the number of pages in a design mean that's all I get?
No, the inner pages you can view when previewing any give design are simply differently formatted pages to give your site a 'custom' look with minimal effort. There is no correlation between the number of these pre-designed inner pages and the actual number of pages your site will have. Your site can have up to 25 pages for no additional fees.
What can I expect to happen after I complete my purchase?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive a call from us to verify your order. Once your order has been verified, we will go over your request for customization (if you have provided any) to be sure we understand precisely what you would like to do. Our teams will then begin production on your new site as well as any other graphics or back-end products or services you have ordered. Why do I have to pay for my new Website in advance?

It varies based on the design you choose, how much customization you request, how quickly you communicate your desires, and various other factors. The fastest we can complete the 'Basic' Web site is about 7 - 10 business days. The most sophisticated designs such as the Diamond or Platinum sites require in the neighborhood of three weeks if everything goes smoothly.
Can I host my new Web Site on my own server?
No, all of our sites are designed specifically for our Windows 2003 servers. Besides, your first year of hosting is included. Plus we offer very competitive rates for subsequent years. However, after the first year, you can move your site to your own server. Keep in mind though, that you will still need to host it in a Windows Server environment.
If I upgrade my hosting, can I pay monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly, however, we offer significant discounts if you pay annually. 25 - 35%
What if I need more E-mail storage?
Additional E-mail storage is available for $0.20 per MB per month. Or, 5 MB for $1.00 per month. Or 50 MB for $10.00 per month. However, NOTE that you can upgrade to Business Hosting for only $9.00 more per month and Business Hosting increases your E-mail storage from 100 MB to 500 MB, a much better deal.
Is any hosting included when I purchase a Web Site?
Yes, your first year of Starter Hosting is included. However, if you need more sophisticated hosting and choose to upgrade to either our Business or Enterprise hosting plans you will only receive credit for the amount of time you had Starter Hosting - not a full year's worth.
